1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Bajistar (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") and the user. Bajistar is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

3 Payments & Transactions

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes after verification.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajistar regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer is subject to specific terms, and you should always read the conditions before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses generally become withdrawable after wagering a specified multiple of the deposit amount (wagering requirement).
• The same individual may not claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be forfeited.
• Bajistar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

Bajistar has specific rules governing Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other gaming activities on the platform. All games operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, bets will be settled in accordance with Bajistar's policy.
• Bajistar reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• Any bet placed where the outcome of a match or game was known in advance will be considered void.
• The maximum win (Max Win) for casino games is determined by the rules of each individual game.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Bajistar to maintain a fair environment. Any of the activities listed below are punishable and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Bonus system abuse or collusion with other users.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack the platform's code or servers.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using Bajistar for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajistar reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. In most cases, users will be notified in advance.

• Violations of these terms may result in account suspension without prior notice.
• Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded after verification.
• Balances on accounts closed due to fraud will not be refunded.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).

8 Responsible Gaming

Bajistar believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Account lock (cooling-off) for a set period is available upon request.
• Permanent self-exclusion is also available — reactivation requires a 6-month waiting period.
